These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BloomVox and any related services, websites, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts & eligibility

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account. If you are a parent or guardian creating or managing an account for a child, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so and that you will supervise your child's use of the Service.

2. Use of the Service

BloomVox is intended as a rehearsal and self-tape tool. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on any third-party rights, or to upload content that is abusive, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle as our merchant of record. By starting a subscription, you agree to Paddle's applicable terms and authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel future billing at any time; access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

4. Content & intellectual property

You retain all rights to the scripts, recordings, and other materials you upload to BloomVox. You grant BloomVox a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (for example, parsing scripts or generating practice audio).

5. Youth Studio & child accounts

Youth Studio features are designed for use by children with parent or guardian oversight. Parents are responsible for managing access, reviewing content, and deciding when to share materials with coaches or studios.

6. Disclaimers

BloomVox does not guarantee bookings, auditions, roles, or any particular professional outcome. Any automated feedback or analysis is a rehearsal aid and should not be treated as professional casting advice.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
